Ashfield House wedding

I had the absolute please pf photographing Beth & Adams wedding at Ashfield House in Wigan. Beth said she chose a red theme and red bridesmaids dresses as they got married in February close to valentines day. The wedding was stunning with so many personal touches. The wedding ceremony was carried out by Beths Auntie and the day was made even more special as they got to share it with their 11 week old baby. Ashfield House is a stunning wedding venue and I feel my light & bright wedding photography style goes well with this gorgeous venue.

How did you decide on your Ashfield House wedding venue?

we didn’t even know that Ashfield House existed, we had only been engaged a week and found it online. It showed on their social media that they were having an open day the next day. So Adam and I went with my parents and we knew instantaneously. We never looked at any other venues, we didn’t want to start comparing them to Ashfield. We just knew straight away that was the place we were going to get married.

What were the best bits of your Ashfield House wedding day?

All of it. The whole day was so beautiful. Seeing each other in the ceremony room and walking down the aisle was probably my favourite moment. Adam said he enjoyed all the dancing in the evening and his best man’s speech.

What was your first dance song?

Biblical by Calum Scott

I let Adam choose the first dance song because I pretty much chose everything else. He knows every word to this song and listens to it on repeat in the shower.

Are you off on honeymoon after the wedding?

We are going on a sort of baby-moon / honeymoon to Rhodes (Greece) with Alistair and my parents.

Why did you choose me as your Ashfield House wedding photographer?

I had seen your other photographs on instagram and found them so light and well captured. I loved how soft and natural everyone looked on them and wanted the same style for our wedding photos.
